Lubbock County Medical Examiner's Office

The Lubbock County Medical Examiner's Office (MEO) will use the laboratory services to identify the cause and manner of death for sudden, unexpected, or violent fatalities in the county. The labs are also used for medica-legal death investigations, autopsy & histology, Teaching & Research through a partnership with Texas Tech's Health Sciences Center.
