The 2nd floor is constructed in an open-concept form to foster interaction among scientific specialties.
Its primary purposes and facilities include: Chemistry Research , biological sciences, physics,
bio-based materials. Key research includes: Sustainable Biotechnologies, Next Generation
semiconductors, health & medical solutions, environmental protection research, collaborative
physics & chemistry research.
The Hallmark Team collaborated closely with designers, contractors, and users to fully comprehend the distinct
challenges and objectives for each phase of the project. The team then customized solutions that consider
constructability and enhance value while addressing those requirements. These special capabilities
contributed to transforming this project into an extraordinary space. From a business development and
marketing viewpoint, Hallmark and Kewaunee successfully finished the first phase of this initiative in 2017.
The positive outcome of this project has resulted in over 25 subsequent projects on UNT campuses located in
Denton, Fort Worth, Dallas, and Frisco.
